After being let down on my original order, Thistle Du stepped up, and delivered on the day. Not only did they get the order at 1100, as a reorder, the flowers were delivered by 130pm. They were absolutely beautiful, and my friend was delighted with them. Stunning arrangement, slightly different, but actually nicer than the photo online. Would highly recommend using their services. Hats off to direct2flowers for the speedy resolution as well, exemplary service. Outstanding on all fronts!
