I always prefer to speak to someone especially with something so personal as flowers. However the florist was closed the day I was ordering. The online process was very easy. I shall find out tomorrow how they looked. Hence the reason I only gave 4 stars at this point.

My sister is absolutely thrilled with the basket of flowers. So I'm happy too. Due to COVID I couldn't be there to celebrate her 70th birthday with her so the flowers helped to compensate for my absence. My sister also loved the card that came with the arrangement. Thank you again and I will keep your establishment in mind when I want to send flowers to friends and family in Ayrshire, Scotland from me in Ontario, Canada.
